Slowing Down
I’m still in slow mode, which really means taking good care of myself by eating clean and drinking wine made in its purest form. During one of my visits to Tuscany, I had the pleasure of staying at Frascole Winery listed in the prestigious Slow Wine Guide. Their Chianti Rufina Riserva is identified. Owners Enrico and Elisa Lippi were gracious hosts and showed us a lovely afternoon with a tour & wine tasting, followed by dinner and an overnight stay. I’m dreaming of returning!
