Rocky Mountain High Point
I was recently in the Denver/Boulder area of Colorado, visiting a long-time friend from our youthful frolicking summers in The Hamptons — the Long Island Hamptons, where I enjoyed many very fun summers! During my visit, I was very impressed with the quality of Colorado wine made from local grapes. I especially loved the Viognier, Syrah, and Petit Verdot. After a full day of tasting, we kicked off our shoes and sipped more wine on my friends deck in awe of the breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains.
